As your eyes are delighted, so too will your palate. Björn Weissgerber is the German-Swede chef behind Sexy Fish Brickell. Training with some of the greatest chefs and grabbing a Michelin star at the age of 27 while running a restaurant in Mallorca called Ca’s Puers in 2002, his perfectionism can be tasted in every morsel of food on your plate.
So, what’s on the Sexy Fish Brickell menu? You’ll find lunch from Monday through Sunday, 12pm to 3:30pm, where you can start with things like the Sexy Fish croquette and smoked aioli, a signature item. Follow that with the fresh yellowtail sashimi with green mandarin ponzu. If you’d prefer beef, don’t miss the wagyu gyoza, foie gras, and Périgord truffle. You can also keep it simple with kimchi fried rice for a vegetarian option or add pork or duck to it for a little extra.
At dinner, open 7 days a week from 5:30pm to 11:00pm, you’ll find exquisite caviar on the menu, served with an array of steamed buns and ‘sexy’ condiments. But if you’d rather something you’ve never sampled before, the Eryngii mushroom tempura and truffle is an excellent choice. So too is the caramelized black cod with spicy miso, or the
toro and caviar maki.
You can also come for a price-fixe menu Monday through Friday from 12pm to 3:30pm. At Sexy Fish Brickell District Miami, it’s called ‘Kuikku.’ It comes with a Sexy Fish detox shot and your choice of any 4 dishes per person listed on this menu. You’ll find a fascinating selection of items here including a crispy tofu, salad greens with chili; grilled tiger prawn with chili and lime; a vegan crispy sweet potato maki with tarragon miso; spicy yellowtail maki, and plenty more.
